Motorola To Deliver Multitouch And Possibly A Tablet?

In a recent interview, Motorola co-CEO, Sanjay Jha, has mentioned that Motorola will be delivering multitouch on the majority of the company’s devices. Apparently it would involve a complex set of factors, and not all of them technical. This certainly seem to indicate that there is some kind of business/legal dispute over it, and would probably be a similar situation Google’s Nexus One, which certainly has the hardware capabilities to support multitouch. On a similar note, he also mentioned, when questioned regarding the possibility of a Motorola tablet, that there will be some innovation from them in that space, so it certainly doesn’t seem like he’s closing the door on such a possibility. Considering Motorola’s recent success with the Droid, it would certainly be nice to see a tablet from them, wouldn’t it?
