The upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) will be the platform where Garmin-Asustek’s Android-powered collaboration take the centerstage, and it won’t be the last one for 2010 either as there will be another four to five new new Windows Mobile or Android phones targeted to roll out this year. Rumor has it that this Garmin-Asustek partnership will feature a 600MHz Qualcomm processor, a 3.5″ resistive touchscreen display at 800 x 480 resolution, a 5-megapixel camera and GPS support with a February launch date in mind for the price of $435 thereabouts. If you’re going to be in Europe next month, why not check to see if your calendar can accommodate a visit to MWC to check out the latest in mobile communications?
