Psyko 5.1 PC Gaming Headset

There is a handful of gaming headsets in the market which claim to offer virtual 5.1 surround sound capability, but does it really measure up to a dedicated speaker solution? Psyko attempts to do so with their 5.1 PC Gaming Headset which places all five speakers right above your head, while a pair of subwoofers will channel sound to your ears directly. The whole idea of putting speakers above your noggin’ is pretty revolutionary, as the sound will pipe down to the front and back of your ears for an increased dose of realism courtesy of what they call “PsykoWave guides”. These small tubes will carry audio waves to their intended destination, where you will hear it at the right time to boot. Pretty neat, don’t you think?
