Psystar Appeals Apple Lawsuit

It seems that Psystar isn’t going to go down without a fight. While most folks had already considered the Apple and Psystar case done and dusted (with Apple the victor), it seems that Psystar isn’t going to throw in the towel just yet. Psystar has filed an official notice of appeal in the California court, meaning it’ll be going to try and fight that decisive victory and injunction that Apple won about a month back.
