Any idea what took Razer so long to roll out peripherals for consoles instead of just sticking to the good ol’ PC? Well, the time is here and now, and their maiden outing has resulted in two mythical devices – the Onza controller and the Chimaera headset which are headed for the Xbox 360. You will find Razer’s classic touch at first glance, especially with its black signature color alongside a slew of features that were specially tailored to meet the high demands of hardcore gamers. We suppose the black color is there for a reason – ever used those white Microsoft mice? After a while, you would notice that they tend to stain way too easily, leaving black as the logical choice to minimize cleaning the mouse’s surface so that it looks presentable. The Onza comes with a cord to replace batteries within alongside adjustable tension analog sticks and a programmable multi-function button. There is no word on a release date, although the Onza ought to retail for $49.99 while the Chimaera is going for $129.99. [Press Release]
