
This is still unconfirmed at the moment, but according to the folks over at Engadget, it seems that the European version of the Nexus One seems to have multitouch. Apparently the phone being passed around to Germany’s Heise sports the pinch zooming functionality, probably the most notable feature of multitouch. Considering this is the same situation as Motorola’s Droid, it’s certainly more than a little disappointing. Do you think that multitouch is an important feature, or is it just a fancy marketing gimmick to you?
