Samsung NB30 netbook rolls out

Samsung has introduced its latest NB30 netbook in South Korea, where it is capable of running up to 11 hours under certain conditions – expect real-world usage to shave off a couple of hours from the stated figure, even more so if you have many windows open simultaneously with a bunch of other programs running in the background to push the processor even more. Featuring a 10.1″ LED anti-reflective display, the NB30 is also equipped with an integrated Digital LiveCam, a mark and scratch-resistant durable exteriro, a hard drive freefall sensor to protect your data in the event of a drop/fall, a water tight seal that prevents potential damage from contact with up to 50 cc of spilled water, and of course, the latest Pine Trail processor from Intel (Atom N450). No idea on pricing, but expect the Samsung NB30 to hit most of the world sometime this month, hopefully for an affordable price. [Press Release]
