Samsung releases 64GB memory device and 32GB micro-SD

Samsung has announced that its 30nm (nanometer) chip-making technology has led to the release of two new products: first, a 64GB moviNAND, that comprises 64Gb of memory and a memory controller. Secondly, there is a 32GB micro-SD card. Both products are built for mobile devices such as cellphones. Samsung is one of the largest memory makers in the world. For you and I, it’s just another day in “electronics land”: expect storage capacity to double very soon… excited?
