Vodafone Chalks Up 50K iPhone Sales On First DAy

The sales of Google’s Nexus One might not be as good as many may have predicted, but it seems that Apple’s iPhone has no problem chalking up the sales figures, as Vodafone shipping 50,000 iPhones to customers who pre-registered for the phone, all this on the first-day of the iPhone going on sale on Vodafone’s network. It seems that the “exceptional demand” might even have caused some customers to experience some delay in receiving the iPhones. That being said, the official Vodafone Twitter page promises that the orders should be delivered soon, unless they’re affected by severe weather. Did you order an iPhone from Vodafone? If you did, have you received yours yet?
