X2 of UK will be revealing a new device known as the iTablet in the near future, and we have no idea on whether the folks at X2 went ahead with this naming convention considering that they know Apple is more than ready to roll out the iPad, in order to gain attention and free publicity, or do they think that they really have a chance legally to keep the naming convention considering Apple owns the iTablet.com domain? The iTablet is powered by Windows 7, and runs off an Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor, coming in 10.2″ and 12.1″ sizes while carrying a 250GB hard drive, a 3G chip and supports Bluetooth connectivity. Unlike the iPad, the iTablet is a proper computing device, boasting a trio of USB 2.0 ports, HDMI out support and a 1.3-megapixel camera. It will only hit the market this April for a yet unannounced price.
