Lenovo X201 now available

We brought you word on the Lenovo X201 leak a few days ago, and the notebook is finally official – the full size X201 is more than capable of stashing away a dual-core 2.66GHz Core i7 processor within its chassis, alongside the other lesser options of 2.4GHz and 2.53GHz Core i5 chips. In addition, the fingerprint reader is now slightly smarter than normal, letting users users sign in or take secure actions as well as starting up and login using just one gesture. Continuously powered USB ports also help as you will be able to juice up other devices while the system is sleeping or turned off. The Lenovo X201 is tipped to retail from $1,199 upwards depending on the type of stuff you want inside. What you see above is the tablet version which costs a wee bit more.
