The Sony Vaio P is not immune to clones, and the latest one would be the Malata A802 which ain’t too shabby when it comes to hardware specifications – we’re talking about an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor here, coupled with an integrated GMA950 graphics chipset, an 8″ resistive touchscreen display at 1,024 x 600 resolution, a 160GB hard drive, 1GB RAM and a 1.3 megapixel webcam. Of course, you get the usual Wi-Fi connectivity option (802.11n) here, with Windows 7 Home Basic as the operating system of choice. The Malata A802 will retail for approximately $588 – any takers?
