Musical toaster requires interaction before eating

A Flickr user who goes by the handle zachaholic has come up with this rather unique VU toaster that relies on a sound volume meter to directly control the heat of the toaster. Whenever you want to release the toast, all you need to do is bang on the cymbal next to it. Imagine choosing the right toasting level with the right kind of music, where soft music is required for delicate breads, while heavy metal points toward crispy, yummy bagels. Of course, hitting your toaster a bit too hard via the cymbals could just see it flying off the kitchen counter!
