Olympus ups the ante in waterproof devices with the µTOUGH-8010 and µTOUGH-6020, where both of them are not only capable of handling some time completely submerged, they are also tough enough to resist temperatures up to -10°C, with the µTOUGH-8010 resisting a 6.6-foot fall without missing a beat while the µTOUGH-6020 can handle 5-foot falls. Apart from that, they will still hold out despite being crushed under loads of up to 220 pounds of pressure. Shared specifications include a 14-megapixel sensor, 5x optical zoom and a 2.7″ LCD display. Expect both the µTOUGH-8010 and µTOUGH-6020 to hit the market this month for $399.99 and $299.99, respectively.
