Shanzai has introduced its first dual core Athlon Neo notebook which is a first for a company from China, as one would normally expect the usual branded vanguards to come up with a version themselves instead. Still, looking beyond the brand name, its components are pretty decent which comprises of the following 13.3” 1,366 x 768 display, a dual-core Athlon Neo X2 L325 (1.5GHz) or single-core Sempron 210U processor, an integrated ATI Radeon X1270 graphics card with HDMI out, tipping the scales at 1.77kg. No idea on pricing or battery life, but it ought to retail for around $400 to $450 after conversion, although it might not even see the light of day outside of China.
