Acer finally jumps headlong into the convertible tablet PC market with their first product – the Aspire 1820PT. This model seems to be pretty packed to the core, as it sports an 11.6″ display at 1,366 x 768 resolution, an Intel Core 2 Duo processor for enough processing muscle, up to 8GB RAM, a 320GB hard drive, Windows 7, Wi-Fi connectivity, HDMI output, gigabit Ethernet port and an optical audio port. It will retail for 599 Euros when available. Thanks to Engadget for the image.
