Acer Ethos adds some class to large notebooks

Acer decided to enhance their Aspire line of notebooks by reworking it under the Aspire Ethos brand which sports a minimalist, metallic look with an edge-to-edge chiclet keyboard and matching display glass. You won’t find it lacking in terms of features though as it still comes with a 5.1-channel speaker system which is well hidden in a subtler, thinner shape. There will be two initial models from the line that sports Core i3, i5 or i7 processors, depending on the configuration that both you and your wallet can agree with. In terms of graphics, this won’t fall short since it has ATI’s Mobility Radeon HD 5000 series to provide adequate graphical muscle. No idea on pricing or availability as at press time though – bummer!
