
Do you remember the dispute that Fujitsu had with Apple over the iPad’s name? Well, it seems that all will end well for both companies as Fujitsu Frontech North America Inc. has assigned Apple the rights to the iPad trademark. This comes just about a week before the iPad is scheduled to go on sale. There isn’t any mention of whether Apple had to pay, or how much it had to pay for the trademark assignment. So it seems that the iPad name is here to stay, eh?
