Apple shifts orders to keep up with potential iPad demand

Apple knows that they can make a success of selling even a rock due to their slick marketing, but that doesn’t mean they take things for granted. While the iPad does have its shortcomings, Apple has already shifted orders for iPad-use projected capacitive touch panels to Wintek due to TPK’s delayed shipments, which means they are hedging their bets that there will be enough iPads to go around on launch day.
