Apple has a conscience after all, having decided to refund ALL rush shipping charges connected to iPad pre-orders, which is fine and dandy considering the fruity company originally charged $12 for same delivery day as free shipping. No idea on why rush shipping was put on the table initially since all pre-orders were to come with delivery on launch day, but it does go to show that some folks out there do miss out on the fine print sometimes, since they decided to pay $12 anyways. Here’s their email concerning the refund.
