We suppose that notebook and netbook fans tend to be separated into two camps – one who likes glossy lids, while the other prefers a matte finish. Well, the Asus Eee PC 1005PE-PU27 caters for the former, where it will be powered by an Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz processor, accompanied by 1GB RAM, a 250GB hard drive, Windows 7 Starter Edition and a 6-cell battery that supposedly touts 14 hours of battery life. Amazon is carrying this puppy for $365, which is a pretty good bargain if you are considering a decent portable computing device that can handle just about anything you throw at it.
