
Asus has yet another Eee PC that is being prepared to arrive in the US, the Eee PC 1201T. This model retails for $389.99 at Newegg.com, although it does not come with any operating system preloaded save for the quick launching Express Gate, which is why it is basically dirt cheap. You won’t find an Intel Atom processor underneath though since it is powered by a single core AMD Athlon Neo MV-40 processor instead, accompanied by a 12.1” display at 1,366 x 768 resolution, an ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics card, 2GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi connectivity, 10/100 LAN support, a 0.3-megapixel webcam and a 6-cell battery which can last for half a dozen hours.
