Guger Technologies from Austria is currently exhibiting a brain computer interface at CeBIT 2010, where you are able to control an avatar using nothing but pure brainpower – that’s right, it could very well be the beginning of James Cameron’s Avatar in real life! This brain computer interface (BCI) will require you to wear a pretty funny looking BCI cap requires you to wear a funny looking BCI cap which is capable of measuring electrophysiological signals like the Electroencephalogram (EEG) or Electrocorticogram (ECoG). We do wonder just how different is this from the Emotiv EPOC?
