Clearwire has officially announced that it will be offering a subsidized version of the Dell Mini 10 with WiMAX. Users who purchase the 10-inch netbook and sign up for Clearwire’s 4G at the same time should be able to pick up the netbook for $250, and it should be available from April 1st. With that in place, the netbook will be able to receive 3-6Mbps mobile broadband speeds, which is certainly going to be useful if you’re always running around the city with your netbook.
Aside from that, Clearwire also mentioned that it will be shipping a version of its Clear Spot mobile router with built-in WiMAX sometime later this year.
