The FCC-approved Compaq Airlife 100 will support both GSM 850 and 900 frequencies, alongside bands II and V of the WCDMA network, which are also the same bands that AT&T uses for its mobile broadband network Stateside, making the Compaq Airlife 100 a pretty decent candidate to appear on AT&T’s network at launch. Still, we don’t have any confirmation on whether you are able to choose one from HP followed by signing up for an optional 3G data plan from AT&T.
