EAFT MagicTile Tablet Powered By Tegra 2

One of the devices showcased at a press conference in Mumbai today was the MagicTile, running on NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 chipset. Upon glancing at it, if you think that it looks familiar, you’re probably right, as the device seems to be similar to the ICD Ultra tablet that we reported on a while back, albeit with a different name. Pricing on this device isn’t available just yet, but word is that it’s slated to be launched sometime in Q3 2010. Specifications of the MagicTile include:

  • 1GHz Tegra 250 dual-core processor
  • 7-inch 1024 x 600 capacitive touchscreen display
  • Powered by Android 2.1
  • 1.3-megapixel webcam
  • 3G connectivity (optional)
  • GPS (optional)
  • Wi-Fi
  • Bluetooth
  • 4GB internal flash storage
