Eee PCs get BIOS which updates brightness level

Asus recently released new BIOS updates for the Eee PC 1001P and 1005PE models which will update the brightness table. To put it in layman’s terms, this means that owners of both netbooks are able to enjoy an increased brightness level in their display, although we would like to know from existing owners whether it is bright enough already as it is without the need for the BIOS update. Just be prepared to charge your Eee PC more often if you decide to go full strength with the new update!
