A mouse sans buttons and a scroll wheel? That sounds like wishful thinking if this were to be the year 2000, but fast forward a decade and anything’s possible, what with EKtouch rolling out the iS Touch mouse that does not come with any buttons or scroll wheel, instead, it relies on touch and slide operations to interact with whatever is on the display. This ain’t suitable for gaming though with a maximum resolution of 800, but it does remain connected to your computer sans wires courtesy of its built-in Bluetooth capability.
