The Energy Lock looks like a rather interesting design that could replace our current power sockets. Instead of having to buy a timer or a socket with a dedicated on/off switch, the Energy Lock allows you to have the features of either. To turn the socket on, just turn the socket ninety degrees clockwise. If you want to run it on a timer mode, just turn it less than ninety degrees and it’ll translate to a certain amount of time, which will countdown. By the time the timer runs down, the socket will be back in its original position, and the electricity will be cut off. Certainly seems in line with the current trend of conversing energy, wouldn’t you say?
