Gemini concept robots

Gemini is more often than not associated with the twins in terms of our constellation, but Hiroshi Kasai – designer at Tsukuba University took the idea one step further by coming up with a pair of conceptual robots that are similarly named. The whole idea would be to listen to what the robots are talking about in a museum, putting your eavesdropping skills to work. After all, doing so will force you to listen better, which will translate to a better learning experience overall. Too bad the Gemini robots aren’t functional just yet, being nothing but empty models, but who wouldn’t want to see these hit the market in the future? Museum visits won’t be that boring anymore, that’s for sure.
