Google Nexus One Trademark Refused

It seems that despite Google seeming to be able to do just anything, the company still does hit occasional roadblocks. Apparently Google’s attempt to trademark the Nexus One has run into a speed bump, as the US Trademark Office believes that consumers will be confused with the other Nexus trademark owned by Integra Telecom. If Google doesn’t decide to respond to the refusal, then the search engine giant might have to buy the rights to the name, or change the name of the phone itself (not nice). What do you think?
