
Now here’s a novel idea to brighten up the streets at night while offering a new way of showing directions – the Intersection Signalétique project which will light up streets below from strategically located lights from buildings, showing off advertisements, direction and decorations depending on the season and occasion. This is currently an experimental prototype, and does look set to be quite a spectacle if it actually takes off. We wonder what the impact on the city’s energy grid would be like though with it turned on.
