There’s not much more than a headline at the moment, but the Wall Street Journal was displaying it on its home page: Apple is working on an iPhone for Verizon (coming in 6 to 9 months, according to what we heard on CNBC just now), which means a CDMA version that will eventually find its way to other carriers, possibly Sprint (one day) but also to more countries around the world, like Korea. The move will probably be applauded by the investment community. In the U.S, Apple could double its market share in the next few years, if this is true. Are you excited by this news? Is that what you were waiting for?
