Kogan of Australia has announced that its Kogan Pad will be able to handle full High Definition (HD) graphics which is definitely good news for iPad detractors since it points to yet another device which offers more than Apple’s tablet without costing a bomb – after all, Kogan has slapped a sub-$200 price point for their offering which will also come with an ARM 600MHz processor, 512MB RAM, 2GB of internal memory, an SDHC memory card slot and a capacitive display screen. You are also free to choose from a wide range of operating systems including Ubuntu, Android and Windows, but having Windows could see the final price point break the $300 barrier.
