Could Marvell be working on an OLPC rival, with word of a $99 tablet which will hit the education market? According to them, this Moby prototype boasts an an ARM-based processor which is capable of handling 1080p HD video, Adobe Flash and 3D graphics with aplomb. Sounds pretty hard to believe, despite it coming with a low power Marvell ARMADA 600 chipset which supports always-on, internet-connected performance, eh? We are guessing that this will more or less be used as an ebook reader/textbook replcement device compared to a high definition video player. Do you think that this will be a game changer?
