Samsung SCH-U820 Visits The FCC

Samsung’s SCH-U820 phone has recently taken the time out of its busy schedule to pay the FCC a visit, and from there, we’ve managed to dig up some information on the phone. It’ll the a slider phone with a full QWERTY keyboard hidden under its 3-inch 240 x 400 pixel TFT touchscreen display, which is most likely a resistive panel. While there aren’t any pictures of this phone in Verizon’s system, there’s certainly a possibility that it will be offered by said carrier, possibly late this month or early April. Other specifications of the SCH-U820 include:

  • 3.2-megapixel camera with flash
  • 3.5mm headphone jack
  • microSDHC memory card slot
  • Bluetooth
  • Bing search
  • Verizon’s VCast services

FCC report.
