Samsung unveiled their range of 3D HDTVs at CES earlier this year, and it looks as though such technology will also be extended to the world of cellphones in the form of the Samsung SCH-W960. Among the features that this comes with are an AMOLED 3D touchscreen display measuring 3.3″ across diagonally, DNSe 2.0 capability, DivX support, a 3-megapixel camera with xenon flash and dual DMB capability. Word has it the SCH-W960 also boasts the ability to convert 2D content to 3D as well as viewing a 3D TV channel while you’re on the go, neat! No idea on pricing, but it ought to hit South Korea pretty soon.
