Sony Sound Lounge concept

Check out this interesting concept that has the Sony brand name riding on it, known as the Sound Lounge. This concept is a coffee table that doubles up as a sound system, and can open up to reveal a touchscreen music navigation system alongside an antiquated CD player – good thing it does support the MP3 format, otherwise this would definitely have no chance of making it to any production line these days. We do hope that the sliding mechanism is waterproof when closed – you know how accidents happen on coffee tables when you least expect it, don’t you?
