Are you fussy about customer service and customer satisfaction? It seems that Sprint is very confident of its service, as the carrier has just announced its new “Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money-Back” campaign. If you’re unhappy with your Sprint service within the first 30 days, Sprint will refund the device purchase, activation fee, waive the early termination fee, restocking fee, and will offer a full refund for service charges and taxes. Other carriers do offer similar guarantees, but not for 30 days and generally taxes and fees aren’t refunded. Do you think that think offer might sway you in Sprint’s direction?
