The 42-story Strata Building, also known as The Razor for those who prefer something more imposing, is greener than the rest simple because the trio of gargantuan wind turbines which have been integrated into its facade are able to generate 8% of its energy use. Of couse, this would basically mean the city council will need to plan even more carefully in the future not to block the path of 35mph winds that churn its turbines, lest those turbines end up as an eyesore instead of being practical. At the moment though, these turbines can generate up to 50MWh of electricity each year.
