TUME Concept Electricity Stations

We have prepaid mobile phones, so why not prepaid electricity? Instead of having many people resorting to stealing electricity, which is generally dangerous and not advisable, the TUME concept might be able to solve the electricity issue. TUME BASE stations can be setup in public areas, and folks who have a TUME ACCESS unit can plug into the base station and draw the necessary electricity. Credits for the electricity can be purchased online, via mobile phones or existing brick and mortar shops. It’s certainly an interesting concept. Maybe it’s time to change the way we think about getting electricity?
