
Coach potatoes in the UK will want to take note that the Virgin Media V HD Box has just been announced, and the best part is, standard definition customers are able to upgrade to HD for no extra monthly cost. The Virgin Media V HD Box is aimed at current users of the V Box, allowing them to access the newly announced HD channels for an upfront cost of £49 plus installation. The Virgin Media V HD Box sports a HDMI port, as well as USB, SCART and Ethernet connections. It should be released on the 22nd of March, but you’re free to pre-register now.
