Vodafone UK will be offering the HTC Desire this coming April 8th, making it the last major British mobile carrier to roll out this handset after being smoked by rivals T-Mobile, Orange and O2. Now available for pre-order, the HTC Desire can be yours for nothing if you agree to a 24-month contract of at least £30 monthly. Just to recap your memory, the Android 2.1-powered HTC Desire will sport a 3.7″ WVGA AMOLED touchscreen display, an optical trackpad, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, Wi-Fi connectivity, GPS navigation, a 3.5mm headset jack and a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash.
