
We do admit that Microsoft is on to something here with the Windows Phone 7 Series, but for folks who have given the Windows Phone 7 simulator a go would definitely have been let down upon knowing that the simulator didn’t contain a slew of functionality trumpeted at Mix10. Guess here is something else to satiate one’s lust for Windows Phone 7 – a modified or ‘unlocked’ version of the simulator which works with virtually everything that was on parade. The front page itself contains apps that actually work, while the settings menu works great, showing off a long list of options.
