AMD Ontario Fusion-based processor

Word has it that AMD has released samples of a second Fusion-based processor known as “Ontario”, where it will target low power devices such as netbooks, tablets and other simpler gizmos. The Ontario is basically a System on a Chip (SoC) design that is based on a 40nm process, sporting a couple of x86 cores (this doesn’t mean it is dual-core), a DirectX 11 compatible graphics core and DDR3 memory controller. Do you think the competition is heating up in terms of processor warfare for mobile devices as AMD finally starts to play catch up with Intel?
