Leaks of the Android-powered Vodafone 845 have been going around for some time now, and the device has finally gone official via Vodafone’s website. This is the first Vodafone-branded device to be powered by Google’s Android OS and it seems to fit into the carrier’s budget line of devices. While there isn’t any official price on the device just yet, previous speculation hinted of a possible £130 ($198) price point. It’s slated to be released in May, so you have a month or so to save up your pocket money. Specifications of the Vodafone 845 include:
- 2.8-inch resistive touchscreen display
- 3.2-megapixel camera
- Android 2.1
- 3G
- Bluetooth
- HSDPA
