The iPad has not been out officially for a couple of days yet, but the folks over at the iPad iPhone Dev Team has already posted a video which demonstrates a working iPad jailbreak technique. Who would have thought that the file system security would be toppled in a blink of an eye? Perhaps this is the first step that could see non-sanctioned iPad apps installed which could potentially enable “pirate” functionality similar to true background multitasking. Too bad it won’t fix any broken USB charging problems on your iPad.
