Apple patent for iPhone 3GS and iPod touch granted

Apple’s patent filing for both the iPhone 3GS and iPod touch has been granted by the US Patent and Trademark Office, which means nobody is allowed to copy the design of both devices anymore – of course, something tells us that the cloners from China won’t give two hoots about these patent approvals! Guess Steve Jobs will be a very happy man for the rest of the day, knowing that he can now file even more lawsuits against hardware manufacturers that clone his precious designs.
