It’s not often you see 9-inch netbooks nowadays as most manufacturers are churning out 10.1-inch offerings. But netbook pioneer Asus has hit back by putting the Eee PC 900AX on its global page. Considering that we saw this netbook pop by the FCC a short while ago, we’re hoping that it won’t be too long before it hits retail shelves. That being said, don’t expect 9-inch netbooks to overtake 10.1-inch netbooks in terms of popularity anytime soon. Specifications of the Asus Eee PC 900AX include:
- 1.6GHz Atom N270 processor
- 1GB RAM
- 8.9-inch 1024 x 600 pixel display
- Wi-Fi b/g
- 160GB hard drive
- 0.3-megapixel webcam
- 1.13kg
- Windows XP Home
