Want your kids to be more scientifically inclined? The Bandai Hyper Telescope could put them in good stead, as it enables you to input your current location on earth while having the sky’s star information displayed on a connected television monitor. This basically enables it to function not only as an educational tool, but an astrological camera as well which we suspect dad might just have more fun with it than Junior. After all, the $173 price point does sound pretty reasonable considering the endless hours of learning one receives from it. Too bad it doesn’t look as though its software can be updated to reflect changes in the stars down the road.
